octave 2.1.48 available for ftp

Octave 2.1.48 is now available for ftp from ftp.octave.org in the
directory /pub/octave/bleeding-edge:

There are only two changes since 2.1.47.  The first fixes a serious
bug in path searching (this is the reason for the new snapshot) and
the second improves performance of the hist function.

As always, if your favorite bug is still not fixed, please let me know
about it.
