| I was not able to find this file in in the octave package, or in any
| of the older versions. Should this file be on my machine somewhere?
No. Edit liboctave/lo-specfun.cc and delete the line that includes
it.
I was considering putting the Bessel functions in a separate file,
then I decided to just stuff them all in the lo-specfun.cc file. So I
still had dbleBessel.h on my system which is why I didn't notice the
problem.
