Follow-up Comment #37, bug #60122 (project octave):

I just tried "stat" test on a directory on a D: drive (which is a usb stick
with fat32 filesystem). The only way I can change the stats on directory is
rename this directory, otherwise it all remains the same. This is on Win 11.
