Details:

rsvg-convert was ported to Rust in version 2.52. It looks like this somehow
caused troubles when re-directing stdout on Windows.

It is still working when the output file is specified with the "-o" option.

I'll push a change to the build rules to use the "-o" option instead of
re-directing stdout when creating the images of the application icon as soon
as I have a bug number.
