Follow-up Comment #12, bug #60646 (project octave):
@jwe: The '?'-items in your list sound good to me.
Regarding your other questions:
* When starting the CLI, I think that no widgets should be opened
automatically even if widgets were opened in the previous session.
* GUI/CLI should not be handled separately regarding restoring the docking
state of the widgets
