Details:
after launching octave-7.0.0 (no gui, but not the -cli version), from tmpdir,
then interactively type "doc" to launch qt doc browser
{/tmp }147: octave-7.0.0 --quiet
octave:1> doc
octave:2> quit
will leave temporary qhelp file and associated directory in tmpdir

oct-qhelp-H61MF6
