Update of bug #60620 (project octave): Category: Octave Forge Package => Libraries Severity: 3 - Normal => 4 - Important Priority: 5 - Normal => 7 - High Item Group: None => Segfault, Bus Error, etc. Status: Works For Me => Confirmed Release: 4.2.2 => 6.2.0 Summary: [octave forge] (optim) 'expfit' function from optim-1.6.1 package terminates with segmentation fault => octave-cli crashes when interacting with Java libraries _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #28: Confirming the crash of comment #19 for openSUSE 15.2 using self-compiled Octave 6.2.1 and Octave 7 each with "octave-cli". The version with "gui-libs" is unaffected from this crash. This item seems unrelated to any Octave Forge package and as having Java on a Linux system is quite common, raising the priority. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?60620> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
