Follow-up Comment #2, bug #60352 (project octave):
Ghostscript (actually "gs.exe", "gswin32c.exe", "gswin64c.exe", or "mgs.exe")
is shipped with Octave installer (and zip archive), so it should be on your
path together with all the utility programs, in the "bin" directory. Can you
find it there? If so then, id the PATH is correctly setup in Octave 'system
("where gs.exe")' should find it.
If Octave cannot find it, then there were probably some installations steps
that failed and that cause the PATH to be corrupted. Could you inspect the
path returned by 'system ("echo %PATH%")'
Re-installing properly should probably fix this issue.
