Follow-up Comment #3, bug #59822 (project octave):

Philip, do you mean that the %TEMP% variable might be set to a location that
is not user accessible?
The F9 mechanism uses QTemporaryFile which should reliably determine the
user's temporary directory.

In the documentation, do you only see the message from your OP or also one
about an error while copying the help file?
