Follow-up Comment #8:

Using the 6.0.90a installer, I looked at the list of packages and sockets
appeared with the correct path in the list.  So I think the missing path on
your sytsem was due to the failed install from the forge package.  Since the
intent is to include packages in the installer, I don't think there is
anything more to fix here, so I'm closing this report as fixed.
