Follow-up Comment #4, bug #58957 (project octave): Anything with an I value < 23 produces an invalid crash file, that when loading: >> rrm=sparsersb("crash.mtx"); Input has missing elements on the diagonal. file content: %%MatrixMarket matrix coordinate real symmetric 10 10 0 Starting at I=30 seems to consistently crash. Using rsbench doesn't seem to ever crash, however the .sps file generated doesn't plot any data, whereas the octave call (when it doesn't crash does) I attached the eps file generated using a 1000x1000 mtx file in rsbench as well as the crash.mtx file that was used.
