Follow-up Comment #39, bug #36954 (project octave):
A short update to my previous post: the datevec function, as one might expect,
exhibits the same issue.
>> datevec('2019/03/31 01:00','yyyy/mm/dd HH:MM')
ans =
2019 3 31 1 0 0
>> datevec('2019/03/31 02:00','yyyy/mm/dd HH:MM')
ans =
2019 3 31 3 0 0
The Matlab output is instead correct:
>> datevec('2019/03/31 02:00','yyyy/mm/dd HH:MM')
ans =
2019 3 31 2 0 0
