Hi,

i can't get octave gui 5.2.0 to start on windows 10. i installed it two times
(deleted config folder after uninstall) and even tried version 4.2.1, which
also freezes on startup. i also tried multiple restarts and tried to google
for a solution - to no avail.

The gui is not frozen all the time, there are very short periods where the
window looks like it's responsive with a blinking cursor. When i'm trying to
move the window, or just click somewhere inside the window, it freezes again.

Has anyone else got this problem? Do you guys have any idea how to fix it?
