Details:
For many years, the mkoctfile wrapper has automatically wrapped arguments that
start with -I in quotes if necessary before passing them on to the compiler.
The same thing needs to be done with -L arguments, and probably also -R and
-Wl options for good measure.
This should be easy to patch, and probably safe for the stable branch for
version 6, I just have to work up a few test cases to make sure it's doing the
right thing.
