Details:

Attached is a list of of very long lines in Octave (> 100 characters).  The
liste includes the file, line number, and the line for inspection.

Ideally, some of these could be shortened to something more managable. 
However, there are many cases where the code belongs to a third party and
should not be adapted to Octave's coding conventions so that merges with
upstream can be done more easily.  Examples include Faadeeva.cc and anything
in the libqterminal/ directory.
