                  Status:                    None => Confirmed

Follow-up Comment #1:

Confirmed.  And it affects the current stable branche that would become 5.1.1
if released.

On the positive side, this has been fixed on the development branch.  A new
release of Octave is typically made around the end of the year, so it may just
be easier to wait ~9 weeks for a new version.
