This one's going to be a little trickier: we need to not only #ifdef it to be
Mac-only, but also detect whether we're on a macOS version that has App Nap.
Or maybe not: what is the minimum version of macOS that Octave 5.x and 6.x
require? Maybe we could make it unconditional.
