Follow-up Comment #26, bug #56976 (project octave): Hi Mike, I can confirm that if I click above the current cursor position, pause works fine. If I click anywhere after the current cursor position it does not work anymore. Pause also works if I go back to the command window without using the mouse, as you suggested.
