Follow-up Comment #3, bug #56470 (project octave):

Hello,

Both bugfixes work the same. They both delay the draw exactly one second,
which is strange for the pause function regarding the argument of 0.1
seconds.

1. Why does it delay for one second even though the argument is 0.1 ?
2. Why is the current directory changed to "C:\Users\<USER>" when the program
starts ?
