Follow-up Comment #12, bug #56298 (project octave):

@jwe: I think we should have a bug fix release soon-ish, although not
necessarily driven by this particular bug.  The 5.1.0 release was 2/23/19 so
we will be coming up on 3 months soon.  That is fairly arbitrary, but could be
enough of an incentive.  It looks like there have been 35 non-documentation
bug fixes since release.  I've attached a summary list.
