Follow-up Comment #33, bug #56232 (project octave):

@jwe: yes, tinverse has to be changed. Please notice that you get the division
by zero error also with standard singular matrices


octave:1> s=sparse([1,2;0,0])
s =

Compressed Column Sparse (rows = 2, cols = 2, nnz = 2 [50%])

  (1, 1) ->  1
  (1, 2) ->  2

octave:2> inv(s)
error: inv: division by zero


The triangular U factor has zeros on the diagonal and tinverse requires to
invert it.
