Details:
An informal survey of KDE applications, Thunderbird, Firefox, and LibreOffice
shows that the Edit menu is typically ordered as Cut, Copy, Paste. However,
the Editor in Octave is Copy, Cut, Paste. There doesn't seem any good reason
to break this convention.
In addition to the Edit menu, the icon bar should be re-ordered.
