Follow-up Comment #15, bug #56187 (project octave):

Oh, that would probably be better. And would be a back-compatible way of
addressing your next comment.

Matlab uses `%#...` comments as compiler pragmas, for stuff like `%#function`
and M-lint inspection controls. Maybe a `%#globalfunctions` pragma?
