Follow-up Comment #11, bug #55883 (project octave):

I believe Qt 5.12 still has QtOpenGL.framework. I think it is just having
trouble finding the Frameworks. I added a `-F /usr/local/opt/qt/Frameworks` to
the clang++ invocation and it seemed to fix the issue.
