Regarding the preview of the "savane" (this bug tracker) part it is beyond our
control.  GNU Octave is just user of Savannah, like a Software hosted on
SourceForge or GitLab/-Hub.  To make changes (which would be really great)
please discuss at https://savannah.nongnu.org/support/?109413

Regarding the wiki part:  The Turing test is only for users without user
account.  This prevents (up to now successfully) massive vandalism we faced
with this wiki in the past.  To avoid this test please feel free to register a
user account there.
