Update of bug #39000 (project octave): Status: Confirmed => Patch Submitted _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #40: I've attached a patch against stable that works for me. I introduced a new local function norm1 which calculates the 1-norm, but preserves any NaN. The 1-norm was actually being calculated in quite a few places so it makes sense to abstract it to its own function. Please try the patch and review it as I would like to commit it before the 4.2.2 release.
