Follow-up Comment #3, bug #43702 (project octave): I have tested this with Octave 4.2.0. The issue is still the same. (And this is NOT resticted to Mac OS as the current tag suggests.) I still do get the same results as in comment #0. The two versions of the plot do look very different. The calls to interpn look like proper Matlab syntax to me (I haven't tested in Matlab, though).
