Details:
for binary data imshow will by default produce a black and white plot. The
colors can be changed by specifying a colormap:
a = rand(10,10);
imshow(a > 0.5, [1,0,0;0,1,0]);
pause
with octave this will result in an all red plot. Matlab gives a red/green
plot. (See attachment)
