Follow-up Comment #2, bug #39036 (project octave):
Thanks for this patch, Adam.
Are you still interested in contributing to Octave? We're applying
unprocessed patches in preparation to release 4.2.0.
I'm concerned that this patch will slow down plotting since plot already does
things right, and everything will be re-checked in __line__. Would you be
able to modify the patch to move the testing and colour cycling to line
instead of __line__?
If you are no longer active, then please let me know promptly so that I can
have a go.
