Follow-up Comment #3, bug #45845 (project octave):
No, I am saying that you should probably be using those packages, but your
system has a /usr/local/lib/libqrupdate.so also, that is not where Ubuntu
installs libraries so it was presumably built by you or someone else
administering your system. Try moving or deleting the files at
/usr/local/lib/libqrupate* and see if the error is resolved.
