Follow-up Comment #49:
I guess comment #39 quoting from the OpenGL FAQ is accurate, Intel just
doesn't have a correct implementation of the OpenGL specification and the only
way around it is to avoid Intel HW. This can be accomplished either by
switching to another video card (like Nvidia), or switching to software
rendering (Mesa), or avoidng OpenGL entirely by using the gnuplot toolkit.
