Follow-up Comment #5, bug #44116 (project octave):
I tried the patch. Seems to work OK for:
plot(1:100)
print xxx.pdf
works as expected. But, using the save (as)
menu item in the Figure seems to do nothing.
Is this expected?
Do you know of any possible problem side-effects of this
patch? Or, should it be pushed?
