Using GNU Octave, version 3.9.1+

I can't install the control pkg.
pkg: error running `make' for the control package.
error: called from 'configure_make' in file /usr/local/share/octave/3.9.1+/m/pkg/private/configure_make.m near line 94, column 9
There are many lines of error messages, so my fist question
Can anyone install the control pkg on the latest development branch?
