gmres2. depends on iterchk.m which depends
on fcnchk.m which where included for testing purposes before nearly 3 month,
because I did not understand the octave error can't assign `float complex
matrix'. all 3 are deleted now:

fcncheck.m, for example

There are a lot of other source files here with copyright notices that
are probably not free.
