Details:
Version 3.6.2, installed using binary installer for Windows, compiled using
Visual Studio 2010, downloaded from SourceForge.
After installation, I found the signal package wasn't working; e.g. wrt use of
the function as below threw up an error message:
> [b, a] = butter(4, 0.3);
This started working when I used:
> pkg load signal
However, the situation is not rectified when I reopen Octave after invoking:
> pkg rebuild -auto signal
