Details:
When I resize the window of a figure that has been made by gnuplot, the graph
inside follows the resizing, as expected. However, when I do the same thing
with a figure made by fltk, the graph remains the same size.
Panning will resize the graph.
A minor point: the margins between the graph and the inside of the figure
window are too large and waste window area.
