Details:
I found a bug about legend() and subplot().
# EXAMPLE1 ( Works Well)
subplot(2,1,2);
plot(1:100);
subplot(2,1,2);
# EXAMPLE2 ( Not Wroks Well)
subplot(2,1,2);
plot(1:100);
legend('ABC');
subplot(2,1,2); % the plot except axis disappears at this timing.

GNU Octave Version 3.7.0+/Debian Squeeze(i686)
