                 Summary: Matrix multiplication after rand() or randn()
produces non-viewable result => problems with pager on Cygwin build

Follow-up Comment #3:

I don't know if Cygwin expects you to install a pager separately. Is one
installed? I don't know why the Octave package seems to not be using this
correctly.

I am CCing this bug report to the Cygwin list.
