Details:
The following issue was raised on the Octave-Forge mailing list.
Doing
A = tril (meshgrid (1:3));
[AA, BB, Q] = qr (A, 0);
returns a matrix 'Q' (third output argument) of size 3x1. Doing the same in
Matlab gives a matrix of size 1x3, so we should transpose the result.
