Details:
When the attached script (Test1.m) is run no figure window is displayed.
I expected a figure containing the scatter plot to be displayed.
(Note: A warning is printed "isstr is obsolete and will be removed from a
future version of Octave, please use ischar instead")
Further, if the attached script (Test2.m) is then run, the first figure
window (with title "First Run") is displayed.
I expected a figure window containing the scatter plot titled "Second Run" to
be displayed).
