The OATH Toolkit has sprung from the ashes of the HOTP Toolkit, and the
code has now been moved back to Savannah:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/oath-toolkit/
The gitorious site will still be used for the Debian/Ubuntu packaging.
Btw, I have uploaded packages to Ubuntu Launchpad:
https://launchpad.net/~simon-josefsson/+archive/ppa-simon-josefsson
You should be able to install the package easily from there.
Let 2011 be the year of (the) OATH (Toolkit). :-)
