The HOTP Toolkit package contains tools that are useful when deploying
the one-time password HOTP technology.  See RFC 4226 for technical
background on HOTP.  The components included in the package is:

   * libhotp: A shared and static C library for handling of HOTPs.

   * hotptool: A command line tool for generating and validating HOTPs.

   * pam_hotp: A PAM module for pluggable login authentication.
