Ouch very weird. parser.c:205 is 
memset(soptions,0,sizeof(struct shadowoptions))

There is no arithmetic there. Could you tell me which compiler you're
using and on which distribution ? Furthermore could you confirm that the
line 205 of parser.c is indeed the line I've pasted ?
