[Nss-mysql-users] Problems Compiling

I'm having trouble compiling nss-mysql. My configure looks like this:

./configure --sysconfdir=/etc --disable-static --with-mysql-include=/usr/local/
mysql/include/ --with-mysql-lib=/usr/local/mysql/lib/ --with-mysql-root=/usr/lo
cal/mysql

Configure complains: configure: error: MySQL headers not available


Those are the proper paths to the MySQL root, include, and libraries
directories. What am I missing?
