We actually just disabled nscd for now.  That makes our
LDAP looksup a bit slower but isn't all that bad.  It would
be nice if this worked with nscd though.

I'll get you a patch this week.  Thanx for the app!

Hi,

Yes I am interested in the patch. The hanging connections
are caused by nscd. nss-mysql keeps some connections open to
speed lookups but you shouldn't run out of connections.
