[Nmh-workers] mhshow -file /tmp (!)

it's somewhat shocking how far the code gets when handed this invocation:
    mhshow -file /tmp

short answer: way into the depths of show_content_aux(), where
it finally hits "internal error (3)". this leaves tempfiles unremoved,
and, in my case, the tty is no longer in fully-cooked mode, and needs
to be reset.

clearly this not-a-regular-file case should have been caught near the
top of parse_mime(), if not sooner. i don't really have time to chase
it fully right now, but wanted to mention it in case someone else
can do so. i suppose other MH invocations that include "-file" should
probably be audited as well.
