If I run the test on the local disk, all tests that are run pass.
If I re-run "make check" (Thanks Ken!) the refile test is the
only one to fail. It sounds like Ken has figured this out.

] I don't have AFS installed so I can't debug these. Would you be willing to
build/install in a non-AFS directory and see if those tests pass? I have
installed and tested successfully on Ubuntu Trusty on an ext4 filesystem.

] If you want to see exactly where a test fails, you can run it individually
under sh -x, e.g.,

] $ sh -x test/refile/test-refile
]
] Just be sure to run test/cleanup if you modify the code and rebuild.
