Never more than 10%.  Cuts back after 2004, but I suspect that's more a
change in correspondents than a shift in MUA/MTA behaviour.

As of March this year, I was getting them from Eric S. Raymond, since
someone name-dropped Randal Schwartz.  :-)  I'm happy to blame Emacs for
that, justified or not.
