[Nmh-workers] amusing bug in "folder"

haven't had time to look at it, but

        folder +

turns into a recursive tour of the entire
filesystem tree starting at / while producing
*no* output. i discovered what it was doing
by running "truss -o tracefile  folder + &"

oh yes, NB: if you don't put it in the background,
there appears to be no way to kill the truss process.
i discovered this the hard way - it has nothing
to do with "folder" - i don't believe, but it's
a gotcha none the less.

this behavior of "folder" would seem to be wrong
