how do you use gnupg if you use it?

I receive pgp mime mails quite often and if it just includes text I can
run something like gpg -d on it but ...

I know there is Rbmhshow but that's a bit too much besides it doesn't
work out of the box for me.

I was even thinking about a patch to inc, I have an encrypted box mails
can be saved decrypted there - what do you think? does something like
that exists?
